We open on the 1st May and there are new measure we have to put in place until (hopefully) 19th May when further restrictions will be lifted
New Covid measures :
Customers can use outside seating not inside
Customers must order, eat and drink while seated at a table
You must follow either the rule of six, or be in a group of any size with no more than two households present
Every customer aged 16 and over will have to check in to NHS test and trace, or give contact details to staff
When not seated – for example being shown to a table, or going to the toilet – customers should wear face masks (unless exempt) and observe social distancing
In these strange times we want to assure all our customers that we will strictly adhere to the current government advice relative to our industry.
My priority is the safety of my staff and customers. As much as possible we are trying to provide a relaxed but safe atmosphere for everyone.
We have hand sanitiser stations throughout.
A one way system. Please enter via the front door and exit via the side doors.
Table service.
Inside we have screens between tables and outside the tables are suitably spaced.
Menu are disposed of after each use.
Tables are sanitised after every use.
All staff are trained in covid service requirements.
Only one person at a time in the toilets.
On arrival please come to the bar where we can take your details for track & trace and allocate you a table.
After taking your first drinks order take your seat and from then on full table service.
Please do not move to a different table without asking as other tables may already been booked and we also need to keep track of which tables need sanitising. We will always do our best to accommodate.
Unfortunately (and as a parent I know how hard this is) children of all ages must always be seated and the children’s play area is closed.
Please do follow the one-way system as this is designed to avoid customers encountering each other as much as possible.
We do advise booking in advance as we are frequently fully booked and have had to turn people away.
Thank you for your patience and we look forward to welcoming you.
